Protected Health Information (PHI). Health information created or received in connection with your clinical care is governed by HIPAA and by the treating professional entity’s Notice of Privacy Practices (NOPP). Where this Privacy Policy and the NOPP differ with respect to PHI, the NOPP controls.

We do not use your health information, intake responses, or laboratory results for advertising, marketing analytics, or audience targeting, and we do not disclose PHI to advertising networks or social media platforms.
