These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RYNA Health website and services (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
RYNA Health, LLC (“RYNA,” “we,” “us”) is a management services organization. RYNA is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or insurer, and RYNA does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or dispense medication.
Clinical services offered through the Site are provided by independent, licensed clinicians (which may include physicians, nurse practitioners, and other licensed providers) practicing within an affiliated professional entity. Medications are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies. Your clinician—patient relationship is with the treating licensed clinician, not with RYNA.
The Site is not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use the Site to request emergency care.
Completing an intake questionnaire, paying a fee, or requesting a specific medication does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed. All prescribing decisions rest solely with the treating licensed clinician and are made only after a professional medical evaluation and only when clinically appropriate. Not all individuals qualify for every program or medication.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Any statements, reviews, or testimonials appearing on the Site reflect individual experience only and are not a promise, prediction, or guarantee of results.
Certain medications offered through the Site are compounded by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared pursuant to a prescription for an individually identified patient. Compounded drugs are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality. Availability, formulation, and pricing of compounded preparations may change at any time without notice, including in response to regulatory action or supply conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a jurisdiction where our affiliated clinicians are licensed in order to use the Site. Certain programs carry additional eligibility requirements, including but not limited to a minimum age of 21 for sexual-health programs, and limitation to single-ingredient sexual-health formulations for individuals aged 75 and older. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete health and identity information.
Medications prescribed through the Site may be dispensed by one or more of the following independent, licensed pharmacies. These pharmacies are independent third parties and are not owned or controlled by RYNA.
Currently offering services in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. Some services may not be available in all 50 states or Washington D.C. Subject to change.
Use of clinical services through the Site requires your review of and agreement to the applicable Telehealth Consent, which describes the nature, benefits, and limitations of telehealth and identifies the professional entity providing clinical services.
Program pricing is displayed on the Site before you are charged and represents the total amount payable to RYNA for the selected program. Programs are billed on a recurring basis according to the term you select until cancelled. Your cancellation and refund rights are described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by RYNA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including pharmacies and laboratory providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
Except as expressly stated, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RYNA and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits the professional responsibility of any treating licensed clinician.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RYNA and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or of any medication obtained through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RYNA Health, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
